During our visit to Assisi we had time to explore some of the town's byways, and I got the following potpourri of photos.
Some really outstanding chalk art.
A model giraffe in a store window.
The billing for a local theater.
Sculpture of Chevalier by Norberto, located near the Basilica of St. Francis.
A representation of St. Francis in the alcove of an exterior stairway.
A decorative streetlamp.
And, finally, an inviting stairway viewed through a gated archway.
The muted light from an overcast sky really helped to make this image. For the record, this was shot at an aperture of f/7.1 with a shutter speed of 1/60th second at an ISO of 1000.
